Щодо заповнення Додатка до диплома про вищу
освіту європейського зразка
На виконання постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 листопада 1997 р. N 1260 "Про документи про освіту та вчені звання", наказу Міністерства освіти і науки від 29.04.2010 N 365 "Про затвердження Порядку замовлення, видачі та обліку Додатка до диплома про вищу освіту європейського зразка (DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT) та його опису", з урахуванням численних звернень випускників НАКАЗУЮ:
1. Керівникам вищих навчальних закладів:
1.1. Забезпечити протягом одного місяця з дня подачі випускником вищого навчального закладу заяви про видачу Додатка до диплома про вищу освіту європейського зразка (далі - Додаток) безумовну його видачу.
1.2. Взяти до відома, що при заповненні Додатка англійською мовою використовується рекомендований перелік напрямів і спеціальностей, за якими здійснюється підготовка фахівців з вищою освітою, англійською мовою (додається).
1.3. Призначити у вищих навчальних закладах відповідальних за видачу Додатка та забезпечити їх участь у щорічних нарадах, присвячених організації вступної кампанії у відповідному навчальному році.
1.4. Забезпечити до 01.05.2012 р. розміщення на веб-сторінках вищих навчальних закладів інформації про видачу Додатка.
2. Департаменту взаємодії з центральними органами виконавчої влади, засобами масової інформації та громадськими організаціями (Баженков Є.В.), директору ДП "Педагогічна преса" (Овчар О.М.) до 30.05.2012 р. провести інформаційну кампанію серед випускників вищих навчальних закладів, студентів щодо порядку отримання Додатка.
3. Контроль за виконанням наказу залишаю за собою.
